Alan Stubbs has appealed for calm among Everton's support after the Merseysiders were paired with Manchester United in the FA Cup fifth round.
Wayne Rooney is to return to Goodison Park for the first time since leaving his boyhood idols to link up with Sir Alex Ferguson's side in August.
With Rooney in red-hot form in the win against Middlesbrough in the previous round, Stubbs appreciates he may need to give his pal a kick or two in order to keep him quiet!
"It's an interesting one," Stubbs told Sky Sports News. "It's a great draw for people to watch.
"They will probably look on it the same as us. I would've liked to get them further on but you've got to play them somewhere along the line to get to the final so why shouldn't it be this round?
"It's no problem. It's going to be a tough game but a tough game for them too.
"Wayne's gone now and we wish him all the best. We're doing well this season without Wayne and, hopefully, it won't get too carried away come close to the game.
"At the end of the day, I'd like to think Everton Football Club have moved on and Wayne Rooney's moved on.
"No matter what some people might think, I think when you look back at it now, it was all for the benefit of Everton.
"He scored a couple of okay goals at the weekend so if he plays, he plays. I'll see if I can get close to him and kick him, you never know.
"We'll look forward to the game. We've got some important league games before that game comes up and, if we can get the results we've been getting lately, it will set the week in the build-up to that game up nicely."
Meanwhile, Everton and Middlesbrough have both pleaded guilty to the FA charge of failing to control their players during the 1-1 draw at The Riverside.
There was a melee inside the penalty area after Duncan Ferguson's late challenge on Boro keeper Mark Schwarzer.
