A. Freightliner prefers to receive resumes in response to specific open positions. In most cases, openings are listed through State Employment Agencies and/or advertised. Resumes (solicited or unsolicited) can be submitted through our online application.

After your resume is received through our online application you will receive an on-screen acknowledgement confirming that your resume has successfully been sent and then an email message will be sent to the email address you provided. Your resume will be available immediately for consideration for open positions by our recruiters.
A. College graduates are typically interviewed on campus well in advance of term and semester completion dates. Employment offers are extended as soon as possible after interviews are completed.
A. Each manufacturing facility handles their employment issues individually, with most facilities using their respective local State Employment Department. Please contact the local facility or the State Employment Department for specific information.

Most benefit packages include paid vacations and holidays, major medical, retirement, disability, and other components. More information about specific benefits packages will be provided at the interview stage of the application process.
A. IntraCompany transfers are possible. However, such changes are usually available to employees with highly specialized job skills.
