Your local Halfords store is more than happy to help with any enquiries about our products and services and will always have the most up to date information about products and service availability. If a product you require is not in stock then your store can enquire at other Halfords stores and try and locate the item for you. PRODUCT and IN-STORE SERVICE ISSUES
In the first instance please try to contact the store you purchased the item from, as they can often correct any product concerns quickly and efficiently.
If your issue is about the level of service received from a team member then please contact the Store Manager. They are exceptionally approachable and are often best placed to listen and help.
Our Customer Services Department is always at hand to help with any issues regarding in-store service levels or products purchased.
When contacting the Customer Service Department please ensure that you include your name, contact number, store location and details about the subject of your concern.
To enable us to start an investigation we will ask you complete a customer concern form in order to process your query as quickly as possible. You can download a customer concern form. Information required will include a proof of purchase. It may be necessary to return the item/s in question - larger items should be returned to your local Halfords store.
