ACCOUNTING
**Senior Cost Accountant** (RIS-13-04)
Position Location: Cerritos, CA

Analyzes and reports on sales, cost of sales and gross profits for CVs, NPR-G production parts, 560T, 6H and 355 businesses, including identification and explanation of variances. Reconciles activity from source systems to accounting system including related inventory purchases, payables, inventory relief, cost, sales and receivables. For CV business, maintains database to track dealer and salesman incentives by VIN, update price tables, and analyzes cost related accruals such as freight, pre-delivery inspection and other port charges. For the 560T, 6H and 355 businesses, monitors inventory levels and standard costs, including preparing monthly foreign currency adjustments. Prepares monthly gross profit reports by product line, detail inventory roll-forward analyses and reconciliations for various sales, cost and inventory accounts in support of month end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements. Updates and maintains related database.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting. Minimum five years similar or progressive level of cost accounting experience in a comparable fast paced multi-product line environment. Mainframe database applications and mainframe financial software applications experience needed. Must have strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Standards. Thorough understanding of the concepts associated with multiple system data interface needed. Advanced PC skills in Windows applications; Excel and Word mandatory; Access preferred. The ability to efficiently download and manipulate large data files needed. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. The ability to work at a detail level and also understand the "big picture". Strong analytical skills needed.

SUV EAST REGION
**Zone Service & Parts Manager** (RIS-42-04)
Position Location: East Region

Responsible for administration and management of all service, parts and customer relations' activities within assigned zone. Functions as liaison between the region and dealerships, ensuring the highest standard of assistance to Isuzu dealers, customers and fleet accounts.

Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline or AS in Automotive Technology or equivalent directly related work experience. Must have a minimum of three years experience working for a domestic manufacturer, import distributor or new car dealership. Previous experience as an automotive technician and/or parts department experience is desirable. Position requires heavy travel, approximately 75%-80% time, including possible overnight stays.

**District Sales Manager** (RIC-43-04)
Position Location: Dallas, TX

Responsible for providing guidance and assistance to assigned dealers through analysis of dealer sales operations and recommending actions to attain sales objective. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in all functions related to this position. The "customer" in this context refers to and includes fellow Isuzu employees, affiliated dealers Isuzu products, owners and prospective owners of Isuzu products, and related vendors for Isuzu products and services.

**Technical Support Specialist** (RIC-07-04)
Position Location: Pontiac, MI

Will be responsible for answering the GMICT Technical Assistance Line and assists dealer technicians in resolving current service issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains information in the database for analysis of potential product and training issues, and provides field failure information to GMICT Technical Groups. Provides professional, courteous and quality dealer contacts.

Associates degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent directly related work experience. Minimum Basic Level Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified and a minimum of three years dealer level work experience in service and repair. Conducts engineering activities related to product design issues such as drawing, engineering specification, engineering cost, development timing, and testing for appropriate projects. Handles supplier design issues to expedite items such as problem solution, engineering review and analysis, engineering changes, and timing. Provides engineering assistance for ISUZU related companies and departments.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent direct related work experience needed. Minimum one year experience in automotive product design engineering. Must have knowledge of the development process of automotive parts. Automotive parts knowledge for material (metal, plastic, textile), production process, requirement, test method, regulation, and development process needed. Must be familiar with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard and Society of Automotive Engineers/American Standard Test Method. CAD/CAM and PC computer system usage and maintenance knowledge needed. Must have proficient PC skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Will need to have good verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to sketch and read drawings are a must. Must be on rare occasions able to bend, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel and reach above shoulder level in the performance of job duties.

VEHICLE ENGINEERING - LA
**Vehicle Test Engineer II** (RIM-39-04)
Position Location: Cerritos, CA

Designs, implements, and conducts durability testing at ISZA and contracted companies performing necessary testing services for vehicles for the U.S. and Japan market. Coordinates, evaluates, analyzes, and reports on various tests of vehicle performance as required. Assists Vehicle Engineering in departmental operations.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering needed. Some college courses and seminar/industrial training in specialty area preferred. Minimum three years experience in automotive research and development, or minimum six years in automotive related industry. Vehicle test engineering and durability test operations experience needed. Must have a good knowledge of automotive mechanical, engine, electrical systems, and test equipment. Strong PC skills in Windows applications required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred (both verbal and written). Specialization/advanced skills in specific areas of vehicle testing required. **Director, Engine Sales and Marketing** (RIC-01-05)

Directs and manages the 6H (Duramax 7800) marketing programs between Isuzu Japan and General Motors. Ensures all aspects of the project proceed as planned within the time and cost boundaries. Develops and manages various marketing initiatives. Provides programs for warranty and support.

**Sales Application Engineer** (RIS-02-05)
Position Location: Plymouth, MI

Performs diesel engine application installations; verifies appropriate installations for electronically controlled engines. Specialty related to electronic engine controls will be required and is the primary purpose of the position. Participate in component design related to engine POWER UNITS, accessory components and installation/mounting components.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Engineering discipline combined with experience in Engine Electronic Controls. Minimum five years experience with an engine manufacturing, engine distributor, or related field. CAD (Pro-E) training and capable of producing mounting/fixing/bracketry components is beneficial. Diesel Engine installation; application engineering needed. Knowledge of mechanical and physical properties of mobile construction equipment is a must. Must know engine electronics; OBD II, SAE J1939 and CAN BUS protocol. Basic Engine Injection/Timing/Fuel Delivery software (ECM/ECU) required. Knowledge of basic to advanced Diesel Engine Calibration. Knowledge related to Automotive or Industrial engine development (Electronic controls) and OBD related government regulations are a must. Advanced PC skills (database, graphics, presentation, spreadsheet and word-processing) needed. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required. Position requires frequent overnight travel, up to 50%. Occasional international travel also required.
