Here, Ato answers all of your e-mail and all of your questions, and hosts weekly chat sessions on Wednesday evenings.

This is a site where Ato decides the day-to-day content from wherever he is in the world.  He wants you to be involved, too, so come interact with the many knowledgeable fans who are already here!

This is a site where thousands of questions relating to sporting life and, of course, track and field are answered by Ato himself, not some go-between, and where  true fans and students of the sport can indulge in stats, facts and, of course, opinions.

Who is Ato?

Ato was a world champion and a 4-time Olympic medalist, one of the world's fastest humans, for seven consecutive years. 

No other male sprinter EVER has won more Olympic individual sprint medals in their career.

That is where his similarity to other athletes ends. 

Few others can hold their own on NBC's Today Show, and then give computer and website advice to millions on TECH TV's Call for Help.

Fewer can make this claim :

Ato has been called on to open proceedings and give his own address for world-renowned speakers such as Les Brown and Ret. Gen Colin Powell.

He is also an Ambassador of Sport for his country, Trinidad and Tobago - a role he was given, in 2001, not simply for his athletic exploits, but for his outspokenness and unwavering passion for his sport and his country, which was his trademark throughout his career years, and continues to today.

In 2005, he will serve as the key speaker in a year-long effort in Trinidad called MAKING A DIFFERENCE, which is aimed at motivating the youth of that country to aspire to great heights.

Ato was the atypical pro athlete, and so, this is an atypical website....as a result, you'll find stuff here that you will not find on any other website.
