| In the Trade? If you are in the trade we can update your account to trade status. Once we have done this you will be able to see all of our prices at trade price, and your invoices will show VAT once you have logged in (or chosen to "remember me" when you login). So what do I do now? If you have not registered yet please do so because we need you to be a registered user before we can give you trade status. You don't need to have ordered anything, and you don't need to add any payment details yet. Register Now - click here! Once you have registered then we need you to contact us to request trade status, phone 0845 0505490 (Local call rate). We will need you to provide some sort of proof of your status - we would love to just be able to take your word for it, but if we did then everyone would be a trade customer! If you are an existing trade customer of Bytomic then all we need from you is your customer account number. If you have already placed an order with us before requesting trade status (and it has not yet been processed) we will adjust the prices to reflect your status.
