Things you should know

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Promotion is open between 12.00 am AEDT on Monday 24 January 2005 and 11.59pm AEDT on Monday 7 March 2005 ("Promotion Period").
3. The Promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556, Level 5, 400 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales 2000 ("Promoter").
4. Entry is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants"). Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and any agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including the suppliers of prizes) are ineligible to enter.
5. To be eligible for one entry into the prize draw, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, successfully apply for any available BigPond Broadband service online at www.bigpond.com ("BigPond Broadband Application").
6. An Eligible Entrant will not receive an entry if, by the prize draw date:
   they withdraw or otherwise cancel their BigPond Broadband Application; or
   Telstra rejects their BigPond Broadband Application.
7. Telstra BigPond Broadband service terms and conditions will apply. Additional usage charges and early termination charges may apply. ADSL is not available in all areas.
8. Eligible Entrants will only receive one entry per eligible BigPond Broadband Application.
9. A computerised, random prize draw from all eligible entries received will be conducted by Legion Interactive at 100 William Street, East Sydney, NSW, 2011 ("Draw Location") at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 11 March 2005.
10. The first valid eligible entry drawn will win a trip for two adults to Fiji valued at up to $4,715 in total and including:
    1. two adult return economy airfares with Air Pacific from Sydney to Nadi, including taxes;
    2. two nights' twin share accommodation for two people at the Sheraton Royal Denarau hotel in a Beachfront Room, including full buffet breakfast for two people;
    3. return Malolo Cat Launch transfers between Malololailai Island and Denarau;
    4. 5 nights' twin share accommodation for two people at the Musket Cove Island Resort on Malololailai Island in a beachfront bure, including 3 meals per day for two people; and
    5. return airport to hotel transfers in Fiji.
11. Prize must be booked and taken within 6 months of the draw date and is subject to bookings, availability and terms of prize suppliers. Return flight must be within 14 days of departure from Sydney.
12. The prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All other costs associated with taking the prize (including travel insurance and meal expenses not specified in these terms) are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of the prize that the winner and their guest take out appropriate travel insurance.
13. The winner will be notified by telephone within two days of the draw and in writing. The winner's details will be published in The Australian on Monday 14 March 2005.
14. A redraw for the prize, if it is unclaimed, will be conducted by Legion Interactive at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 17 June 2005 at the Draw Location, subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). The redraw will be for the equivalent cash amount of the prize ($4,715).
15. If the Promoter is unable to provide the winner with any element of the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to approval.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or included for any reason during the Promotion Period, or for any technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.
17. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
19. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20.
