REVELLA™ POLICY GUIDE Before ordering, please read this policy in its entirety. Pricing All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are requesting changes, additions or alterations to a garment, we will contact you with your final price. The prices on the website do not include sales taxes, import or export duties value added taxes, or any other similar charges. Shipping and handling fees will calculated separately from the garment prices. Payment All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We accept money orders, checks, VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover®. Please add 5 business days to the delivery time of your order if you are paying by check. A service fee of $25.00 will be charged for any check returned by your bank. Please make check or money order payable to: Revella™. No order will be accepted until payment has been received from the customer. Delivery Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please contact us for information about rush orders. Additional shipping charges may apply to rush orders. Estimated delivery times are in no way intended to reflect an actual ship date. Revella™ is not liable for the Shipper’s delays, incorrect deliveries, or exact time of delivery. If an order has more than one item we may choose to deliver those items separately and at different times.The risk of loss or damage to the garment(s) transfers to the customer once the shipper has possession of the order; therefore any loss or damage that occurs during shipping or delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Revella™ is not responsible for any loss or harm caused by a delay in delivery. Revella™ will not ship to a P.O. box or shipping agent address. Revella™ is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the customer’s order in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, water, draught, war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, failure of power, supplier’s or shipper’s failure to deliver goods. Using "Get Started" The "Get Started" item is located at the bottom of the Competition Wear Page and also on the Mens & Boys Wear Page. Purchase this item when you are ready to have Revella™ work with you on the design for your next garment. The fee for this item allows you to receive up to five designs per garment. This item must be purchase each time you have a new garment to be designed, or if your design quantities exceed five per garment. Each design is an artistic rendering of the garment to be made and includes but is not limited to: color, pricing, fabric suggestions, crystal suggestion and other recommendations. The design is in no way intended to be an exact indication of the finished garment including but not limited to: proportion, color, fit, fabrics, quantity or size of crystals. Under no circumstances with the "Get Started" Fee be divided between garments with the exception of team orders as defined below. Under no circumstances will the "Get Started" Fee be refunded. The "Get Started" Fee in no way grants permission to the Customer to use, sell, trade, or otherwise possess ownership of the design created by Revella™. The "Get Started" Fee in no way grants the sale of ownership of any of the designs to the purchasing customer. The "Get Started" Fee will not reduce the price of the garment that is being designed. The "Get Started" Fee will not reduce the price of the Custom Fit Fee if the customer orders a custom fit. Even if the customer supplies their own sketches, photographs, or description; they must purchase the "Get Started" Fee to begin working with Revella™ on their design. Revella™ does NOT guarantee that any particular design is exclusive to any particular customer. Please be sure to read the following Policy on Custom Designed Garments. "Your Own Design" is step two in the process of purchasing a Custom Designed Garment. After you have selected the designed garment, purchase the "Your Own Design" item. For more information, please read "How To Order". Requests for changes to garments shown on the Revella™ website not incurring the "Get Started" Fee will be limited to: change of fabric and/or color, length of skirt hem, exchange of stock skirt styles, and sleeve length. These changes may have individual fees to be determines at the time of the request. Custom Designed Garments Please allow ample time for the design process, production & delivery. There is no rush ordering available on Custom Design garments. Color design images are sent to your email address with pricing information and fabric suggestions. Fabric samples are free and will be sent through US mail if you provide your mailing address. Please allow three to ten days before receiving your design via email after you have sent us your request. Please fee free to give us as much information as possible about how you want your garment to look. If you wish, you can send us your music. All music becomes the property of Revella™ with no guarantee of return to you. Feel free to send us your drawings or your coach's drawings or written description via email, fax, or US mail. All materials sent in become the property of Revella™ with no guarantee of return to you. Please read the above section on "Get Started". Return Policy for Practice wear Garments may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day it/they was/were shipped from Revella™, provided the garment(s) have not been damaged, worn, washed or altered and still have all original tags attached. Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. If the practice garment(s) is being used for sizing purposes only, we will be happy to credit your intended purchase (excluding any shipping and handling fees) when the practice garment(s) is returned to Revella™. We must receive the practice garment(s) back within 30 days and PRIOR to work commencing on your intended purchase in order for you to receive this credit. Return Policy for Choice Collection and Revella™ Competition garments Garments may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day the garment(s) shipped from Revella™, provided they have not been damaged, worn, washed or altered and still have all original tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. Return Policy for Custom Fit Garments may NOT be returned for refund or exchange. Return Policy for Custom Designed garments Garments may NOT be returned for refund or exchange. Please be certain of your size when ordering, as we will NOT exchange a Custom Designed garment due to the wrong size. We highly recommend purchasing a practice garment to try on for size before ordering your Custom Design. Please see the Return Policy section on Practice wear. Return Policy – General Information Please contact us BEFORE returning any garment for any reason. If a garment needs alterations, the customer will pay for all shipping fees as well as all alteration fees. Please return the garment(s) in the original box or similar box. If returned garment(s) arrive damaged due to shipping or poor packaging, no refund or exchange will be given. We reserve the right to discontinue colors, fabrics, and garments without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing prior to accepting an order. In the event that a customer receives a garment(s) with any manufacturing defect(s), the customer must notify Revella™ within 30 days of the day the garment was shipped from Revella™. We will then have the option to replace the garment(s) with the same or similar garment(s). We have no liability for defective garments beyond the direct cost of replacement of the garment(s). Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. Revella™ does not warranty or guarantee the quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of our products. GARMENTS WITHOUT THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. Substitutions Revella™ reserves the right to substitute colors and fabrics when the originally photographed or illustrated colors and fabrics are not available. We will try to use similar colors and quality of fabrics. We reserve the right to make changes without notice. Alterations Altered garments cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Not all alterations will incur a fee, however the customer must pay all shipping and handling charges involved. Washington state customers will be required to pay all applicable taxes. Please contact us for information, pricing and a return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any alteration request. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Revella™ reserves the right to amend, change, alter or remove any portion of this Policy at any time. |
