Environmental Preservation Action Policies include:

• Reduction of resource and energy consumption and waste generation at all levels of operations   
• Development of environmentally conscious products that offer the highest possible energy efficiency, improved ease of recycling and minimum content of substances that might negatively impact the environment.   
• Green procurement procedures, collecting from suppliers precise data on parts and materials.

ISO 14001 certification is accredited third-party verification that provides a formal structure for environmental management. The requirements of ISO 14001 cover the main principles of professional management and are based on the cyclical process of plan, implement, check and review. The standard outlines 21 specific requirements for areas of management control, grouped under policy, planning, implementation and operation, checking and corrective action and management review.
