Product photographs, line art drawings, or dimensional drawings appearing in any CooperTools publication, either printed or electronic, may be used in catalogs and sales literature, either printed or electronic, in order to promote CooperTools products. CooperTools has obtained full copyright clearance for all such images of our products.
Specifically excluded from this clearance are images containing items other than CooperTools products, such as people, or images appearing in CooperTools publications that do not show a CooperTools product. Distributors should contact CooperTools Creative Services to obtain specific permission to duplicate such images.
No attribution is required if images are used in distributor materials such as catalogs and sales literature. However, if images are to be used in a publication which will be sold, i.e. a reference or textbook, the following credit must accompany the image: Courtesy CooperTools.
IN NO CASE IS MODIFICATION OF IMAGES PERMITTED. IN NO CASE MAY IMAGES BE USED AS GENERIC TO ILLUSTRATE OR PROMOTE PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THOSE MANUFACTURED BY CooperTools. ANY SUCH OCCURRENCE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAW.
