	Kelli, "I received my shipment of rats today (one day AHEAD of schedule, I might add!) and everything was in excellent condition.  Rats were frozen solid and in good shape, and are now resting comfortably in my freezer.  I have to compliment you on your prices and service - as a hobbyist with only three snakes to feed, I find it difficult to find a supplier who can provide me with a quality product at a reasonable price and still provide good service.  Everybody wants to sell me 500 or more to get a price break, or the freight costs more than the rats, etc.  I contacted several suppliers for a price quote, and the cost of purchasing 100 small rats from you was almost half the amount of the next closest quote.
