| | |  |  | The X Wave is a wave board conceived for all kinds of wind and surf conditions, with a preference for on-shore.
A Pierre Bracar / Yannick Anton signature board, the X Wave has a compact shape giving it the ability to ride any type of surf in any wind conditions. A medium sized board, it's designed to carry sails from 4 - 5.5m2.
It's moderately short at 2.40 metres and the relatively wide front section gives it great longitudinal stability through the foam.
The slight 'squash-tail' rear section allows for a few extra centimetres of length giving its outline a constant width. The rocker line is well adapted to this type of outline with a V to the rear as well as on the side sections, which give the board its double concave centre. The rear scoop is more rounded but retains the tight scoop from the front to keep that section down on the water to help with planing. Easy sailing with lively manoeuvrability are the main pluses for this pure wave board.
