His experience also includes serving as sports anchor at Tampa's WTVT-TV where he received a local sports Emmy for "Buc Sunday", and as sports director at KVBC-TV in Las Vegas where he was named Nevada's Sportscaster of the Year 5 times. ESPN's Dan Patrick hits the KPUG airwaves from Noon to 3pm Monday through Friday. Dan is joined on the show by former MLB pitcher Rob Dibble and NFL qarterback Sean Salisbury. Dan "The Duke" Davis handles the sports updates and Phil "The Showkiller" produces the show...so to speak. Avid listeners know Dan hails from the University of Dayton, drives a Toyota Corolla, has a bit of thing for actress Lauren Holly and all of his impressions sound like the late, great Jimmy Stewart. In January 2000, Patrick was named the National Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. Late night KPUG listeners stay up all night with Todd Wright from 11pm to 3am Sunday through Thursday on KPUG. Todd and his cast of thousands (including Louise the Producer and Jay Reynolds) keep their finger on the pulse discussing weighty issues from Bobbleheads to Brittany, from Pine Tar to Slamball and everything in between. Listen for Todd's Grandma's weekly picks during the NFL season. Other regular contributors include Luis Gonzales and Barry Zito. Todd's also a hit with the ladies, just ask some of his guests like Brooke Burke or Kristy Swanson (the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
