9/24/2004: Is your hand permanently glued to the side of your head?
Recently a very serious accident occurred because a driver using a cell phone cut off a semi on the interstate. Luckily no one was killed but there were serious injuries. The same morning, I was cut off, crowded over, and blocked at a light five seperate times in twenty minutes by drivers using cell phones.
