|  | | | SONIQUE SUPPORT | | Before entering the Sonique Support center make sure of the following:
- You have the most current non-beta version of Sonique. The version number is listed in Sonique in yellow numbers in the lower left corner of the Navigation Screen in the Navigation Console. Check here to see if your version is the most recent version of Sonique that is available. If you are having problems, make sure you aren't using a current beta version of Sonique. The beta versions are released for public bug testing and aren't intended for general use.
- You have read the Sonique FAQ and your question is not answered there.
- You have the most recent drivers for your video card and sound card. Even if your computer or your computer hardware is very new, it is likely that there are new drivers for your hardware. Having updated drivers solves many problems related to Sonique.
