| A 2. | The salary each employee receives differs significantly according to his or her experience.
However, the basic benefits such as the pension plan and health insurance will apply to all employees equally. |

The resume will be screened and if possible, will be matched with one of our vacant positions within the company. Should a vacant position match with the area of expertise of the applicant, an interview will be conducted either in Korea or in the country where the applicant is living. A health check-up is the last step in the recruitment process. |

Due to the fact that a work visa will have to be applied for, the sooner the response, the sooner the employee can enter Korea to work. |
