Tips for demanding skin
Do's
- Always wear a high protection factor on your face. This allows your skin to tan slightly and gives it a glowing, healthy appearance.
- Always use regenerative anti-wrinkle products at night, as cell regeneration takes place during the night and this is when it can best be reinforced.
- Ensure you regularly get enough sleep, since a tired body is the cause of tired, loose facial expression and premature ageing of the skin.
- Alongside consistent skincare geared to your skin type, you can also carry out certain facial gymnastics. These tauten the skin and strengthen facial muscles.
- Take a look at your life and wherever possible rid yourself of chronic stress factors. Your facial expression will be relaxed and radiant.
- Mask pigmentation marks with a special concealer and not with a foundation. Concealer products mask more effectively and last longer, and their colour should be brighter than that of foundations.
Don'ts
- Never expose your face directly to the sun, since UV rays are largely responsible for premature ageing of the skin. What's more, a deeply tanned face looks older.
- In the case of wrinkled skin around the eyes do not use glossy or strongly coloured eye shadow, since this highlights wrinkles.
- Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol or rich meals, as these put a strain on the liver and make your skin appear grey and tired.
