Effective Friday, July 7th 2006, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) and Raza Microelectronics, Inc. (RMI) announced a strategic relationship. The two companies have entered into an agreement whereby AMD will transfer the AMD Alchemy™ processor product line (Au1000, Au1100, Au1200, Au1500, and Au1550) to RMI. | |
The Alchemy™ processor product line will no longer be available on the AMD Corporate Site. This information is now available on the Raza Microelectronics, Inc. (â??RMIâ??) Corporate Site. During this transitional period, RMI will continue to use and distribute the AMD Alchemy™ product technical and marketing documents originally produced (pdf, html and/or other electronic format).
