Ingredients
3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp. (15mL) unsalted margarine
1/2 cup (120mL) chopped Spanish onion
1 lb (454g) ground sirloin
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup (120mL) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (120mL) water
14.5 Oz. (406g) diced tomatoes, in juice
1/2 cup (120mL) chopped green pepper
1 cup (240mL) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Directions
1.  Heat margarine in large saucepan.
2.  Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
3.  Add beef, Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy, and garlic.
4.  Cook until meat is no longer pink, stirring to break up; drain fat.
5.  Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water.
6.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.  Add beans and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
