Rachel McAdams' Makeup<BR>Provided by iVillage
Diego Raviglione, Signature Artist for Graham Webb International, tells us how to wear Rachel’s smooth and sleek locks:

This beautiful and classic look that Rachel wears is easy to style at home and looks flattering on just about anyone. The key to the look is to get your locks looking as smooth and shiny as possible with amazing body and bounce to the hair.

Step 1: Rachel’s gorgeous golden blonde has cool blonde highlights that should definitely be protected. Be sure to cleanse with Back to Basics Color Protecting Shampoo & Conditioner to keep your color looking vibrant like hers.

Step 2: Mix two parts Back to Basics Straightening Crème and one part Thickening Serum into hands and distribute throughout your damp hair. This will give your hair incredible body and also keep your strands smooth.

Step 3: Flip your head over to blow dry at the roots for volume.

Step 4: Once your roots are entirely dry, flip head back over and blow dry the rest of your hair while pulling through a boar-bristle round brush.

Step 5: Spritz hair with Flexible Hold Hairspray.

Rachel McAdams' Makeup
Provided by iVillage

Puckish and pretty actress Rachel McAdams is Hollywood's hip new darling, nominated for no less than five MTV Movie Awards in 2005. The Canadian-born beauty started young: She was 13 when she first performed Shakespeare. Here she wears a bohemian-chic look with next-to-naked skin, bright flashes of fuchsia-violet eye shadow and a set of false http://beauty.ivillage.com/trends/fashion/0,,87mv2q1x,00.html lashes. Makeup artist Deborah Grayson explains how you can get Rachel's look.

Step 1: Begin with a clean, lightly moisturized face, but keep moisturizer away from your eyelids, as you'll be applying false lashes later and moisturizer could interfere with their adhering firmly.

Step 2:  To get Rachel's "naked skin" look, Grayson recommends using concealer http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeup/makeupartist/0,,j5bd,00,html in lieu of foundation just to target trouble areas that may bother you, such as under the eyes or around the nose. Do this by dotting on a tiny bit of concealer with your fingers, then blending in light patting motions until it's diffused.

Step 3: Apply a sheer rose-pink cream blush to the apples of the cheeks using your fingertips, then blend outward toward the cheekbones.

Step 4:  Line the entire inner rims of the eyes (both upper and lower) with a black kohl eyeliner pencil.

Step 5: Apply an eye shadow base to the lids. This will create a smooth, matte base on which to place eye shadow and will further keep lids dry in preparation for false lashes. http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeup/makeupartist/0,,mlwf,00.html

Step 6: With a tapered eye shadow brush, apply a vibrant shade of matte-textured, fuchsia-violet eye shadow to the entire eyelid, allowing the shadow to extend, or "fan out," horizontally both left and right, so that the inner portion of the lids (the area closer to the nose) and outer portion of the lids (outer edges of the eyes) are bordered by color.

Step 7: With the same tapered liner brush, http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeup/0,,8hsp,00.html apply the violet-fuchsia shadow under the rim of the lower lash line. It's a rather broad line, so you can be generous in your application.

Step 8:Next, apply a strip of black false lashes to the upper lash line and let them set a few minutes so that they adhere properly. You may want to try one of the new self-adhesive lashes so you can skip the extra step of gluing &#8209;- only remember not to pull on or rub them later, as they come off easily.

Step 9: Apply a fine coat of black mascara to the lower lashes.

Step 10:The lips are really understated, so finish with just a single layer of sheer honey-pink cream lipstick. http://beauty.ivillage.com/shop/prodreviews/0,,7n3fjjq6,00.html
