We are now delighted to offer a Honeywell Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System
(EGPWS) TAWS, Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) and Flight Data Recorder (FDR) retrofit
program to all S-76 aircraft built prior to 2005.
Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) remains the leading cause of helicopter accidents. Outfitting of fixed wing aircraft with a TAWS device has reduced the occurrence of CFIT to
near elimination.
