A: If the store where you purchased the Just My Size product does not accept your return, please take advantage of our Satisfaction Guarantee (printed on each of our packages or hangtags). The Satisfaction Guarantee promises that "Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not pleased with this product, return it to the address below. You will get a replacement, if available, or a refund."

A: We use outside agencies for all our advertising needs. These agencies, in turn, hire models from modeling agencies. Your best next step would be to look up modeling agencies in the Yellow Pages and set up an appointment with several.   

Q: How do I request a donation of apparel?

A: Because of the huge number of requests that Just My Size receives for apparel donations, we simply are not able to respond to most. Other than disaster relief requests, the Company generally limits its apparel donations to those communities in which we have operations. Requesting organizations must be nonprofit organizations, and are limited to one request per year.

Q: Should I wash the garment before wearing?

A: While this is a matter of personal preference, we recommend washing before wearing the garment. Most products will feel more comfortable after washing, and all Just My Size products are designed to fit correctly after washing.   

Q: How do I launder my underwear and other Just My Size garments?

A: Always wash your garments with 'like' colors, i.e., whites with whites, pastels with pastels, and darks with darks, to avoid discoloration. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Remove garments promptly from dryer. Be sure to check the garment label for specific instructions for each style.

White Underwear: Machine wash warm on the delicate cycle and tumble dry on medium. Colored Underwear: Machine wash warm on the delicate cycle and tumble dry on medium. Sweats: Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low. Do not iron if decorated. Socks: Machine wash warm with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium. Jersey Knit Coordinates/Casualwear: Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Do not iron if decorated. Bras: If the label suggests hand washing, use a cleansing product designed for delicate fabrics. For machine-washable bras, attach hooks and eyes to avoid tangling, then place bras in a lingerie bag before washing on the delicate cycle, in cool water with gentle detergent. And never put bras in a clothes dryer. Air-dry only. Shapers: Follow the washing instructions on the garment label. Do not use very hot water and line or air-dry only because high temperatures can affect the controlling performance of the Shaper over time. Use only non-chlorine bleach if necessary.

  

Q: How much do Just My Size products shrink?

A: Shrinkage varies for different products and fabrics. All of our products are designed to take shrinkage into account, and to fit after washing. Make sure you wash them according to the recommended washing/drying instructions.
