Frequently Asked Questions SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Products offered for sale on this site are only available for shipment to addresses in the continental United States (excluding Hawaii), Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. LeSportsac purchases are shipped via UPS. Products shipping to addresses in Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Mexico are shipped via UPS 2nd Day. UPS does not guarantee two-day delivery to these areas. LeSportsac is not responsible for packages shipped via US Mail because there is no tracking number for reference.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Classic Collection Hand wash in cold water and line dry (some fading may occur during first wash) Do not iron and do not bleach

WARRANTY: All LeSportsac products are covered under warranty for one (1) year. Products purchased at outlet stores are not covered under the warranty or the repair policies.
REPAIRS: LeSportsac ensures durability and functionality. We will perform minor repairs to any item in our Classic collection. Limited Edition merchandise such as, Remix and tokidoki cannot be repaired through our Repair Department. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the Repair Department. The item will be deemed repairable by LeSportsac in accordance with the Warranty policy.
Your item will be shipped back to you by LeSportsac via UPS to addresses within the United States not to include Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. UPS requires a street address for all shipments. Please allow 2-3 weeks repair time from the time we receive your LeSportsac products, including transit time.
All repairs sent to LeSportsac Repair Department must include a completed Repair Form.

LeSportsac can not be responsible for lost or delayed packages shipped to the Repair Department by the customer.

LeSportsac merchandise is offered for sale ONLY through the following channels of distribution:
(1) LeSportsac retail stores, (2) LeSportsac catalog, (3) authorized distributors, (4) authorized department stores, (5) authorized specialty stores and catalogues, (6) authorized duty free locations, and (7) on the internet EXCLUSIVELY at lesportsac.com.
LeSportsac DOES NOT authorize the distribution of its merchandise through individuals, street vendors, unauthorized retail locations, or any website other than lesportsac.com. (For a list of authorized distributors, please see our online store locator).
LARGE VOLUME PURCHASE POLICY:
LeSportsac limits purchases to 15 total pieces per order.
LeSportsac stores sell LeSportsac products for individual use only and not for resale. Only company-owned retail stores and wholesale accounts currently approved by LeSportsac Inc. are permitted to buy LeSportsac products for resale. In the event that it is determined that a customer plans to buy our products for resale, (for example, the customer states such intention or makes repetitive large volume purchases) LeSportsac reserves the right to refuse to sell to the customer and to those affiliated with the customer.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is charged to any order shipping to the following locations: New York 8.375%, Long Island, New York 8.625%, Woodbury, New York 8.125%, Kentucky 6%, Nevada 7.75%, Washington State 8.5%, Florida 7.0%, and California 8.25%.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products can be returned or exchanged at LeSportsac within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt and the Return Form. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping to the Returns Department. After inspection of the bag, a credit will be made to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, a new charge will be made to the credit card for the merchandise only. Exchange items are shipped via UPS Ground at no additional charge to the customer. Customers will be issued store credit for merchandise returned over 30 days from receipt (merchandise must still be tagged and unused). Store credit may be used to purchase merchandise at participating LeSportsac stores or at www.LeSportsac.com by calling 1-877-397-6597. Store credit is not activated until 24 hours after purchase. Store credit expires two (2) years from date issued.
