Go Seedless
Some of us simply don't like sticky little berry seeds. That's why we offer tempting recipes made with Dickinson's Traditional Seedless Fruit Preserves or Purely Fruit Spreadable Fruits, like our tart and creamy Boysenberry Cheesecake. (Try smooth options like Seedless Strawberry, Seedless Blackberry or Seedless Raspberry. You can substitute Traditional Preserves for Traditional Seedless Fruit Preserves in many recipes.)
Frosty & Refreshing
Berries are scrumptious in smoothies, ices and other frothy summer drinks. Try our Strawberry Lemonade Slushies or our Summer Raspberry Delights (left). Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with cool mint leaves or twists of lime.
Creamy, Dreamy Desserts
There's something about berries and cream that captures the essence of summer. Try Blueberry Crepes with mild, dairy-fresh ricotta or top off fresh-picked berries and shortcake with luxurious Creamy Fruit Topping made with Dickinson's Traditional Preserves, cream cheese and creamy whipped topping.
Tip: Caution, Berry Fragile!
Fresh berries are very delicate, so wash gently just minutes before using. Try not to refrigerate washed berries, as this may make them watery or cause them to crumble. Plan to use fragile berries such as raspberries, blackberries or strawberries within two days of picking or purchase.
