- 1 package 8 oz mushrooms, white mushrooms sliced
- 4 slices provolone, cut into strips
- 1 whole medium sized tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup EMERILS Caesar Dressing, to taste
Directions COMBINE lettuce, mushrooms, cheese, tomato and onion in large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Add additional dressing, if desired. Serving Size: 6 |
