1) Search for self catering holiday accommodation or hotels, guest houses & bed & breakfasts

2) Refine your search for more relevant results

3) Click on the ‘More information’ link to read more about the property or hotel

4) Save and / or email your friends / family with the holiday accommodation advert in order to seek their approval.

5) Contact the owner or their agent direct by clicking on the “contact the owner” link at the end of each advert. There are also telephone numbers if you prefer to speak to someone.

1) Search
First search for available holiday accommodation by date, price or location, or all three. Once your results are returned you can browse through the holiday accommodation ads or refine your search see (2) below.

2) Refine your search
Clicking on the “Refine search” link at the top of the search results page will take you to our advanced search page where you can add further details to your search criteria, such as holiday type, asthma friendly, suitable for children, pet friendly.

3) More information
Clicking on the ‘more information’ link will open up the ad to reveal further details for the holiday accommodation you are interested in. Read about the holiday property / hotel, the local area, activities available nearby, even how close the nearest supermarket, restaurant or transport link is. Most ads have rates for the following months and availability of the property. We must stress, however, that it is up to the advertiser to update these details and DaltonsHolidays.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of the details stated.

4) Save your holiday property adverts or send to a friend
Once you have decided on a holiday property, you can add it to your ‘saved ads’ by clicking the link. You will have to register to be able to do this so that we recognise who you are next time you visit the site and keep the ads you have saved just for you. Registration is quick and simple; we only ask for your email address and a password. We do not pass on your details to third parties and will not email you unless you have agreed to this by ticking the relevant box on the registration page. You can also email your friends and family with the ad details so that they can approve the place/s you have chosen. Just click on the ‘Email a friend’ link and fill in the recipient’s email address. Again, this will not be used for any other purpose; we do not store this email address. If your holiday partner does not have email but does have internet access, simply tell them the ad reference number at the top of the full ad page and they can enter this in the box at the top of the home page and go directly to the advert.

5)Contact the owner for further information or book direct.
Once you are ready to contact the owner of the holiday property or their agent to ask for further details, check prices and confirm availability, all you need to do is click on the “Click here to contact the advertiser” link at the bottom of the full ad view of the relevant property and an email form will appear which allows you to enter dates, number of people in your party and any further information you may feel relevant, for instance, any special requirements, ages of any children you may be taking with you or simply ask for a brochure. The holiday property/hotel owner will contact you direct and you can converse with them as much as you like. Most property owners are happy to describe the local area and recommend beaches, bars or restaurants.
