With One NetBase, Swisscom Solutions is offering a convergent package based on an IP network for voice and data communication. It includes all the key elements needed for efficient business communications: LAN (corporate networking), WAN (for connectivity between branch offices and headquarters) and VoIP (Voice-over-IP telephony) and comes with ample call credit. Comprehensive service covering initial installation, support and network monitoring is also included in the price.

The ideal offering for companies with a branch structure
One NetBase forms a communications basis designed specially for companies with many different business locations. The modular structure of the communication packages, graded according to features and size, means that smaller and larger locations can be connected to their headquarters in a way that meets their requirements. Once up and running, One NetBase can be expanded with various options such as additional IP phones or extended network support.

Transparent offering with no investment or maintenance costs
With One NetBase, the costs are easier to calculate, there is no investment expenditure and the technology risk is reduced. One NetBase is based on a transparent price structure, which involves a flat monthly rate for the complete communications package including a generous credit amount for phone calls. Customers can choose the right module to fit their branch structure from five predefined service packages. As an example: a mid-range service package includes the WAN connection (down/upload speeds of 4,000/600 kbps), 20 phone numbers, four simultaneous phone lines, two standard IP phones, a media gateway (twp ports) and 24 ports on one switch. Also included are the support and maintenance costs.
