The Search For Tone Is Over

The Search For Tone Is Over

Hello, there from Austria...

This picture shows me and my absolutely amazing 1974x Handwired Marshall.
I have got to say one thing:
Thank you Mr. Jim Marshall for making the absolutely best amps in the world...

My amp sounds absolutely amazing and since I plugged in for the first time I would never ever play anything else...
This little baby is easy to transport to every gig and recording session and it has exactly the tone I ever searched for...

And if someone would ask me: Are 18 watts loud enough to play in a band...
Then I would say: Hell, yes it's a Marshall...

Model Submission

Model Submission

Hello, here's my Submission!

There's a reason the Marshall Plexi is emulated in every multi-effects pedal and modeling amp out there, but none of them will ever be a Plexi head and 4x12

Never Forget

Never Forget

Hi,

I´ll never forget the first time I plugged my Ibanez EX3370/FTR in the Valvestate 8020. It was my first Marshall and it cost at that time me an entire training content. In the meantime I use a MG100DFX and am absolutely inspired. All the same which of my guitars I attaches (LP, SRV, EX370 or a custom built y myself) the sound is exactly my style. On that my girlfriend learns playing on the 8020 now ? so it is still in use until today. I thank the hole Marshall-Team for the fantastic amplifiers they build.

Greetings

Thomas

Great Sounds Sound Great

Great Sounds Sound Great

Great sounds out of the TSL-601. Loud and sweet. I'll send another shot with my AVT-50. Both sound great with my Les Paul Custom, Strat and ES-335.

Meant To Be Seen... and Heard!

Hi

This is a picture of me & my Super 100JH stack & my TSL100 half stack taken at the 10th February 2007 Nadur Rock festival Gozo ? Malta.

I also own a JCM800 combo & a TSL601 (which I usually use in small venues).

Would I been seen live without my Marshalls? No way hose?

How Many...

How Many...

Just recently bought a MG100DFX & I must say I was very impressed. I was choosing between a F*nder, V*x, Cr*te & a Marshall. Ended up getting a Marshall. Pictured with my amps are my guitars: Fender Highway One Strat, Fender American Strat, Fender Deluxe Ash Strat, Ibanez RG1570L, Ibanez RG370DXL, Schecter C-1 Artist & Epiphone Les Paul Standard. Along with my effects: Korg AX3000G, Ibanez Weeping Demon & Digitech Jimi Hendrix Experience pedal. Thank you Marshall for making such outstanding products.

Believe the Hype

Believe the Hype

This is my 1973 Lead and Bass 20 head, bought from an ex-bandmate, with matching cab (2x12 with Celestion G12H speakers) for just £100 in 1999.

He had no idea what this amp was capable of, (as one of the speaker cones rattled) so he sold it, buying a terrible solid state 60w 1x12 combo instead!!

To be fair though, Id only started playing guitar 6months previous, but even then I knew that a valve driven amp would have a lot of potential. So, minimal repair work to the speaker, and I now have the best amp Ive ever heard!

Look closely enough and you can see the 1973 phone number "36" of the shop it originally came from, Reynolds of Donegal; which is still my local music shop.

Believe all the hype of the recent reissues, and add the smell of a 33 year old original....this is how guitars should be heard!
