It's Easy, Fast, and Simple: You ship us back your items. Include the "Return and Exchange Form" found on the back of your packing slip, and use the UPS Convenient Return Label attached to the packing slip included with your order. We'll simply deduct $6.95 from your refund! Can't Find the Return Label or Return/Exchange Form?
That's no problem! Simply contact Customer Service and we'll send you a duplicate UPS Convenient Return Label. Or you can print a Return and Exchange Form and non-prepaid Return Shipping Label now. The "Return and Exchange Form" and "Return Shipping Labels" are combined into one .pdf document for your convenience. You need both for Orvis to process your return efficiently. The "Return and Exchange Form" is on the first page; use this form to enter the item you're returning and the reason for the return. The "Return Shipping Labels" are on the second page. Be sure to include proof of purchase—returns made without a proof of purchase will receive an Orvis gift card in the amount of the lowest sale price of the merchandise returned. | Returning an Item: Easy as 1. 2. 3! | | | 1.
