| 2. | How do I redeem a gift card? Answer: Redeeming a gift card is an easy, three-step process: Step 1. Check the box below the special offer box on the upper-right side of the Billing Information page and click on the "Continue Checkout" button.  Step 2. When the Gift Certificate Redemption page appears, enter the gift card number in the Redeem Gift Cards entry box. If you have multiple gift cards to redeem, be sure to indicate that by selecting the "additional Gift Certificates" checkbox.  Step 3. After you enter the gift card number, enter the security code for the gift card in the Security Code field.

| 3. | Where is the card number and security code on an Orvis gift card? Answer: There are two versions of the Orvis gift card: Embossed Gift Cards For embossed gift cards, the card number is embossed on the front of the card, and the security code is on the back of the card in the top right section. Non-Embossed Gift Cards For non-embossed gift cards, you'll find both the card number and security code on the back of your Orvis gift card. The security code is under the card number. |

| 4. | How long does it take to deliver a gift card or e-gift certificate? Answer: Gift card delivery depends on the delivery method you select: - Standard shipping: 7 days.
- Express shipping: 3-5 days.
- Next Day shipping: 1 business day.
For e-gift certificates, you'll receive same-day delivery if you place your order between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm ET. After 8:00pm ET, delivery will be the next day. |

| 11. | Can I add to the balance of a gift card? Answer: No. Gift cards are issued for the original purchase amount. Once fully redeemed, additional balance amounts cannot be added to the card and you'll need to order a new Orvis gift card. |
