Spread the Love with Flora

Flora believe it's the little things in life that matter...like giving your loved ones Flora as part of a healthy diet to help keep their hearts healthy, as it's rich in Omega 3 and 6. So Flora created "Flora Spread the Love Week" in time for Valentine's Day in 2006.

During this week we went on a mission to save Valentine's Day and help rejuvenate a loveless Britain. The Flora Love Surgery saw our three "Love Doctors" touring the UK in the Flora Love Bus from Scotland to Southampton and Bournemouth. They administered advice and tips on how to spread the love amongst families and friends throughout the week.

We also gave you the chance to send your own Love Credits to friends and family, and enter our competition to win a heart health makeover.

Send a Love Credit
You can still spread the love by sending someone a Love Credit today! It's a great way to show someone you care by pledging to do something special for them. Click on the floating Love Credits above and see what people are promising each other.

To send your own Love Credit simply decide who you want to send a Love Credit to, and enter their name and email address. Then select the Love Credit you wish to give from the list, or if you prefer, you can create your own.

Spread the Love competition
We ran a fantastic competition to win a heart health makeover in London, which included a free one-to-one consultation on how to improve your lifestyle from one of the UK's top nutritionists, plus transport to London and overnight accommodation for the winning family. And we threw in the services of a cleaner free for a whole year, giving the lucky winners more spare time to spend spreading the love!

We had three and a half thousand entrants, out of which we picked five winners – those who we thought completed the tie-breaker in the most apt and original way.

The competition tie-breaker was to complete the following sentence in no more than 15 additional words: "The heart healthy oils in Flora help me spread the love because.."
