Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Campbell Grocery Products Ltd., their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The winner of the holiday prize must be over 18 or accompanied on the holiday by an adult. Those under 16 must have parental permission before accepting a prize.
2. The closing date for receipt of claims and entries is 31.12.05
3. Prize details: 1 x family holiday for 4 to Fiji, consisting of; return flights for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 16) from London to Fiji, transfers to and from the airport to the cruise ship, 7 days (6 nights) accommodation onboard the MV Fiji Princess (on a room only basis) and travel insurance. Dates subject to availability, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter and Bank Holidays.  50 x DVD players and 500 x Incredibles portable radios also to be won.
4. Winning claims must be sent on an original completed application form to OXO/Incredibles Promotion, Exposure Promotions Ltd., 22-23 Little Portland Street, London W1W 8BU
5. We recommend that winning claims are sent by Post Office Special Delivery. Campbell Grocery Products Ltd. does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed entries. Illegible or photocopied claims will be invalid and proof of posting is not accepted as proof of receipt. All prize winners be contacted within 28 days of receipt of claim, after verification.
6. No purchase necessary. To enter via the no purchase necessary route simply send your name and address in a stamped envelope to 'Oxo/Incredibles Promotion', PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 5PW. NPN's will have the same equal and fair opportunity of winning as purchasers. Only one application per stamped envelope will be accepted. Entries sent through agents or third parties will be invalid. For entries via the no purchase route, only winners will receive a response (in writing within 28 days). If you have not won, you will not receive a response.
7. Names and counties of winners will be available from Oxo/Incredibles Promotion', PO Box 660, Slough, SL1 5PW after 31.01.06, on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope.
8. Personal information about the prize winners will be shared with Campbell Grocery Products Ltd's agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be fulfilled.
9. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. No cash alternative is available and all prizes are non-transferable.
11. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, Campbell Grocery Products Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
12. Entrants accept that, if they win, Campbell Grocery Products Ltd. will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winners of this promotion and they may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity.
