As such, we are pleased to introduce a new program for 2007 called Rewarding Relationships, which is designed to reward brokers that bring us new deals. Here’s how it works. Program Details We will award points for any new lease agreement signed in 2007. Points will be awarded based upon the total square footage and the property type. You will earn 1 point for every: 1 square foot of retail space 2 square feet of office space 3 square feet of flex space 4 square feet of industrial space At the end of the year, we will total the points and declare the winners. Grand Prize recipients can choose one of our exciting prize packages such as Outdoor Adventure, Technology, Travel, Shopping and Golf. Each overflowing with fun stuff. Second- and third-place prizes will also be awarded. Throughout the year we will send program reminders and updated standings so you can keep tabs on the competition. In 2007, Carlson Real Estate anticipates having 460,000 SF in Minneapolis/St.Paul, 265,000 SF in Phoenix, and 148,000 SF in Charlotte available for lease. Points awarded only to tenant representatives for new leases in participating Carlson Real Estate properties. Excludes renewals, expansions, and lease extensions. Not redeemable for cash or substitutions. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Carlson Real Estate retains sole right to administer the program and determine tie-breaking procedures and winners. All decisions of Carlson Real Estate Company are final. A list of winners can be obtained upon written request following awarding of prizes. |
