The Atlanta Falcons Jr. Cheerleaders Program is designed for girls ages 6-15. There are no tryouts. All skill levels are accepted. Members will perform at four Atlanta Falcons football games and participate in various civic and cultural events.

Directions:

From the South:

Take 75/85 north to exit 244 (University Ave.) make a right. Turn right on Pryor Rd. Turn left on Moury Ave. Turn left on Thirkeld Ave. Turn left on Benjamin Weldon Bickers Drive. Turn right on Thayer Ave.

From the North:

Take 75/85 south to exit 244 (University Ave.) make a left. Turn right on Pryor Rd. Turn left on Moury Ave. Turn left on Thirkeld Ave. Turn left on Benjamin Weldon Bickers Drive. Turn right on Thayer Ave.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

General Information Performing fun and groovy routines with the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders at four selected home games (3 pre-game and 1 half-time performance) Jr. Cheerleaders of the Month End of year celebration Opportunities to attend cultural events Community involvement and performances Self-esteem, educational and physical fitness awareness and incentives Registration discounts Clinics Clinics are held once per month and are operated by experienced dance and cheerleading instructors Clinic Location L.J. Price Middle School 1670 B.W. Bickers Drive, S.E. Atlanta, GA 30315

Program Cost $600 (price includes all program expenses) Wardrobe Provided Jr. Cheerleaders Uniform Pom-Poms Warm-up Suit (2) t-shirts and (1) pair of shorts Bag Merchandise 1 Instructional Video Monthly Newsletter 2006 Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader Poster 2006 End of Year Video Performance music CD Schedule The performance schedule and activities calendar will be provided when the 2006 NFL game schedule is released in late April.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Clinics
All rehearsals and game day performances are mandatory
Only Jr. Cheerleader t-shirts and shorts will be permitted at clinics
Must wear white socks and tennis shoes
Must sign in at all clinics
Parent meetings will be held at the beginning of each clinic

Appearances and Events
Uniforms must be worn only at AFJC appearances and performances
Please make sure you label ALL issued items with your child's first and last name
Only small studs, clear nail polish, white sneakers and flesh toned tights shall be worn
Participants are required to ride provided transportation to and from any appearances, performances and events with the Atlanta Falcons Jr. Cheerleader Program
Tardiness is unacceptable for any and all events, activities and appearances
More than two tardies or absences may result in forfeiting future participation in an upcoming event or performance

Behavior
All members are required to be team players
Disrespecting instructors or peers, inappropriate language, bullying, fighting or teasing others will not be tolerated
All incidents with another member or any problems with instructors will be addressed by the coordinator

Refunds
The registration fee is non-refundable
Program fees will not be refunded after August 1, 2006
