Sign-up for Charity Challenge
The Manchester United Foundation is delighted to announce their Charity Challenge which will raise money for ten national charities including the Foundation.
They are now looking to recruit supporters for two United teams which will be expertly managed by one of the club's legendary former players such as David May, Norman Whiteside, Paul Parker, Paddy Crerand, Mickey Thomas, Clayton Blackmore and Brian McClair.
Taking place at the club's Carrington training ground on Saturday 2 June, the Foundation will have two teams of eight playing against nine other charity teams representing those listed at the bottom of the page.
Participants will be able to bring along their very own supporter for the day (all players and supporters must be aged 18 years or over).
You will play a minimum of four games, each lasting 15 minutes. After you have been put through your paces, you and your guest will enjoy a four course meal at Old Trafford, hosted by United legend Wilf McGuinness.
To secure your place in this exclusive event you will need to pay a registration fee of £350 and raise a minimum additional sponsorship total of £100.
There are two ways to sign up, you can either download an entry form or write to: 2007 Charity Challenge, Manchester United Football Club, Trafford Training Centre, Birch Road, Off Isherwood Road, Carrington, Manchester M31 4BH to receive a form through the post.
The closing date is Monday 2 April.
