AviGreenstm super food mix. Contains all five of the "Green Super Food" supplements in an easy to feed powder form, including Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Alfalfa Grass, Spirulina and Chlorella. The grass supplements are dried juice that has been cold pressed from young plants to preserve maxium nutrition. The Spirulina and Chlorella are plants grown on aquatic farms and preserved in dried powder form.
Wheat grass juice provides vitamins and minerals, amino acids and Zeaxanthin, which has been shown in Harvard Medical School studies to protect eyes from sunlight.
Barley grass juice provides 9 times the vitamin C of oranges and 11 times the calcium in milk. It is also a good source of vitamin B12.
Alfalfa grass juice is an appetite stimulant. It provides 8 essential amino acids and carotene (vitamin A precursor).
Spirulina is a highly concentrated source of chlorophyl, protein and beta carotene. It is also a source of B vitamins and amino acids and minerals.
Chlorella is also a concentrated source of complete protein said to be of higher quality and more digestible than beef. Chlorella contains beneficial fatty acids, but no fats. Chlorella contains B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E as well as major minerals.
