We ship our products to the cities in the United States only. Some non-perishable products may be shipped internationally, however shipping charges for such orders are significantly higher and delivery times are longer than for domestic shipments. Please Email sales@nvogue.com before placing an order.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR PRODUCTS We accept Visa and Master Card,. You may also pay by regular check (add 7 days for processing) or by Money Order (shipped same day). Contact service@nvogue.com for more details. WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT Contact us with the particular problem. Contact content should include email address, name of the product, a description of the problem and original order number. We will respond by email within 24 hrs with a return request authorization and or further instructions. Authorized returns should be sent back in the original packaging with the unused portion of the product. Perishable products should be returned with frozen ice packs included in the original packaging. Because of the perishable nature of our products all refund or exchange requests must be sent to us within 7 days after the package has been received. Once we have received the package we will issue a refund (by check only) or replace your order at no additional cost. |
