Job Summary: The Client Service Manager will create new ideas and programs on an advertiser-specific and multi-advertiser basis. This role has an integral part of the company, responsible for the management and execution of advertising campaigns before and after a deal is signed. Master Control Supervisor
Job Title: Master Control Supervisor BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Broadcast Operations, this position assists in the training and supervision of the Master Control staff. Responsibilities include all Master Control Operator (MCO) skills and functions including working knowledge of multi-channel Broadcast Origination Facilities. The candidate must be able to trouble shoot “on-air” discrepancies and quickly resolve issues affecting “on-air” operations. The candidate must regularly fill an MCO shift. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:1. Supervise all aspects of Master Control operations, including the performance of the MCOs, the Ingest Operators and the Quality Control Operators. 2. Coordinate the 24x7 shift schedules for the MCOs, the Ingest Operators and the Quality Control Operators. 3. Provide on-going training for all Master Control personnel. 4. Verify back-up “on air “elements are up to date and available, and that all emergency procedures are adhered to. 5. Verify receipt of all daily elements, programs, commercials, interstitial elements and electronic playlists and verify conversion to and integrity of the automation system. 6. Coordinate all special events and oversee all “live switches” to all external sources. 7. Review daily all “as run” logs to identify any “on air’ discrepancies. 8. Track individual MCO “on air” outage performance. 9. Oversee media space for “on air” servers. 10. Enter and manage all metadata in multiple storage and archive devices. 11. Work MCO shift as needed.
