Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc., today announced that seven commercial real estate brokerages affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Commercial^® (CBC) brand in September and October.  These new franchisees include two companies in both Texas and Georgia, along with individual firms in California, Tennessee and Wisconsin. The Coldwell Banker Commercial global network now includes 155 pure commercial real estate companies. Through agreements with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, an additional 103 real estate companies, including NRT, have the ability to perform commercial real estate transactions under the Coldwell Banker Commercial banner in 30 countries.
