Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc. Adds 25 New Companies

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Jan. 22, 2007) ? Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates, Inc. today announced that 25 commercial real estate brokerages elected to affiliate with the Coldwell Banker Commercial^® brand in 2006. These new openings coincided with strong commercial growth in states such as California, Florida and Texas. The Coldwell Banker Commercial global network now includes 159 pure commercial real estate companies. Through agreements with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, an additional 104 real estate companies, including NRT, have the ability to perform commercial real estate transactions under the Coldwell Banker Commercial banner in 31 countries.

Among the numerous new companies benefiting as a result of a new affiliation with the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand in 2006 is Ideal Realty Group (IRG), based in Potomac, Md. Allan Manesh, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial IRG, recognized a need to further grow the firm?s already successful multi-family services business. Within 30 days of its affiliation, Coldwell Banker Commercial IRG secured a $50 million listing and is currently in negotiations for the disposition of the property.
