Description
Analog Devices' broadband, fixed gain linear amplifiers can be used for IF and RF applications from 100MHz to 2.7 GHz. They provide a fixed gain of 20 dB with single ended input and output, internally matched to 50 ohms, and are specified for operation with either a bias voltage of 3 or 5 volts. Manufactured on Analog Devices 25GHz complementary silicon bipolar process, they provide excellent stability over process, temperature and supply, and have been specified for operation at 900MHz, 1.9GHz and 2.7GHz for use in cellular CDMA / GSM / W-CDMA and broadband radio applications.
