These devices are up to 14 bit accurate with low aperture jitter and output impedance. Available in commercial, industrial, and military temperature ranges, ADI offers the Sample and Hold or Track and Hold Amplifier that will acquire the signal you need. Also in this product line is the PKD01, an IC that tracks an analog input and holds the maximum value it reaches. The PKD01 can be reset to positive or negative voltage levels, and can be configured to sense positive or negative peaks.
