HAMILTON, Ohio -- Hamilton police broke up a party Sunday morning at a Franklin Street residence, where officers said they found three ?highly intoxicated? teens.

Nicholas Fritsch and Steven Suttles are charged with providing alcohol to two 15-year-old girls and a 16-year-old girl, one of who was so drunk that she required hospitalization, police said.

The men?s friends and family said the girls were already intoxicated when they arrived at Fritch?s residence.

?It?s too short of a time frame between when they got here versus when the cops got here for them to have gotten intoxicated here,? said Alicia Gialloreto, a friend of the pair.

Police said that doesn?t matter because the girls were drinking at the house and the adults who were home are legally accountable.
