CINCINNATI -- Hamilton County sheriff's deputies found a man sought on several sex charges Tuesday.

Investigators said that between 2001 and 2003, Mark Ernst had sexual relations with three girls under the age of 13.

Authorities learned Ernst, 34, was serving a two-year sentence in Pickaway Correctional Institute on a conviction for breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and failure to comply.

The indictments stated that the alleged victims, who were the children of his then-girlfriend, were in his care at the time of the alleged abuse.

Ernst faces six counts of rape and six counts of sexual battery.
