TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees, and their immediate families, of McCormick Foods (UK) Ltd, its affiliated companies and agents and anybody else professionally connected with the draw.
2. Entries close mid-night on 31st January, 2008. All entries must be received and confirmed by this date.
3. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
4. No cash or other prize alternatives are available except that, in the event of circumstances outside its control, McCormick reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
5. All entries must be confirmed following receipt of the McCormick confirmation link email.
6. Winners will be randomly chosen using an independently verified system and will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
7. Winners addresses must be received by McCormick within 30 days of receiving the winners email. After this time new winners will be randomly picked from the remaining draw entries.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. Confirmed entry will be deemed to signify acceptance of the terms & conditions.
10. Your email address will be used solely for administering the promotion and will not be passed on to third parties.
