How long will it take for my online order to arrive? In the U.S. please allow 5-10 business days. If you're outside the United States, most orders will arrive within 10 business days. Countries vary in the way they handle international shipping, (some hold packages at the border due to tax reasons, some just take longer to process incoming mail, etc.) so it's difficult to give an exact date; if you have any questions, call us for details.

I placed an order and haven't received my e-mail confirmation. What do I do now? All orders placed on the web are confirmed with an e-mail from one of our employees by the end of the next business day - 5:00, United States Pacific Standard Time. If you don't receive email notification, by that time, call us and we'll help you. Have your printed-out order, credit card and other information handy.

Can I mix and match sizes with the top & bottom on men's and woman's posing suit? We're sorry, but it's not possible to mix and match different sizes of tops and bottoms on women's posing suits at this time.

How secure is shopping with a credit card on this site? All financial transactions on this website are protected with RSA encryption. When you are connected to the secure section of our site, your data is protected with a combination of secure communication, data encryption, and identity verification. This means your financial and personal information is going only to us, and it's 'encrypted' while it's sent over the web. How do I get a print catalog? Fill out our feedback form, and check the 'Send me a catalog' box. If you want to be included in all future catalog mailings, check the 'Add me to the mailing list for future catalogs' box.
