Churchill Home Insurance Cashback Offer - Terms and conditions
  1. To qualify for the cashback:

    a) You must be a new Churchill Home Insurance customer.

    b) You must obtain and accept a combined buildings and contents insurance quote before 31st December 2007.

    c) Churchill must be unable to beat your existing buildings and contents insurance renewal quote.

    d) Your buildings and contents insurance renewal quote must provide cover on an equivalent basis to ours.

    e) You must send us proof of your existing renewal documentation detailing cover and premium to: Churchill Insurance, PO Box 926, Bromley, BR1 9GG.

  2. Once proof of your existing renewal documentation is received, if Churchill considers that you are eligible for the cashback, you will be sent a cheque within 28 days of either the policy start date or receipt of proof, whichever is the later.

  3. Cheques will be made payable to and sent to the policyholder.

  4. Should you cancel your Churchill Buildings and Contents policy within the first twelve months, we reserve the right to request a full or part refund of the cashback paid to you.
