When you don’t have the time or energy to cook something nutritious, try the original “fast food” - fruits and vegetables. DOLE ready-to-eat foods are great to keep on hand because you’ll never have an excuse to skip a meal, grab a bag of chips or a candy bar from the office vending machine, or hit the drive-thru.
To make your bananas last longer, after they have ripened, store them in your refrigerator to help slow down the ripening process. The skin will turn dark brown, but it won’t damage the fruit inside.
