When you need to have your H1D, H2D, H3D, or 503 CWD DSLR serviced, we suggest you to contact the business who originally sold you the camera. They will help you locate the failure, and they will help sending your camera back for repair.
Normally repairs on Hasselblad DSLRs must be performed in the factory service workshop in Copenhagen, Denmark or Gothenburg, Sweden.
The factory service workshop strives to do the repairs in a swift and reliable way, and you will be asked for approval to continue the repair if the cost is estimated to exceed EUR 500,-.

The target turnaround time for camera repairs in the factory service workshop is 10 working days + transportation to- and return from Denmark/Sweden.
