Limber up
Ever sit up in bed in the morning after a good night’s sleep, stretch your arms above your head and yawn? Well, if you haven’t you should try it. It feels fantastic. But then, stretching feels great no matter where you do it. And it’s good for your health, too; stretching has been shown to strengthen joints and prevent injury.
Sometime in the next 24 hours spend 10-15 minutes gently stretching your whole body.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.
